A Quick reference to Xpanel’s menus & toolbars
Tools menu commands
The Tools>Options menu command launches the O PTIONS window that contains all of the
settings for configuring Xpanel’s S ETUP , S TARTUP , D IAGNOSTICS and L OGGING options.
Refer to the following sections for more information:

The Tools>License Manager menu command launches the Vertigo Suite’s License
Manager window, which lists the Vertigo licenses currently installed on the system, as well
as allowing you to add and validate new licenses. See
“Installation and licensing
information” on page 2-2 for more information.
Help menu commands
The H ELP >A BOUT menu command displays the product information splash screen that
identifies the version of the Vertigo Suite you are currently using. Click the splash screen to
close it.
Horizontal Spacing
Vertical Spacing
The H ORIZONTAL S PACING and/or V ERTICAL S PACING commands
allow you to quickly make the spacing equal between objects, as
well as to increase, decrease or remove the spacing all together.
Choose from the following commands:

Make Equal
• Increase
• Decrease
• Remove

Add Guide Allows you to display virtual lines on the canvas that you can use
as a reference when arranging or aligning objects. See
“Positioning
objects using guides” on page 4-45 for more information.
• Horizontal:
Makes a horizontal guide available for dragging into the
canvas from the top of the window.
• Vertical:
Makes a vertical guide available for dragging into the canvas
from the left side of the window.
