The decimal separator and the timestamp format in the CSV files are determined by the settings in the
Sunny Beam.
Requirement:
☐ The operating system of the computer is supported by the Sunny Beam (see section 11).
1. Connect the Sunny Beam to the computer using the USB connection cable.
☑ The message stating that the Sunny Beam is updating the data is shown briefly.
☑ The computer detects the Sunny Beam like a removable media device. Two new drives are
added to the computer.
2. Open the drive "SBEAM" and the folder "SBEAM".
3. Copy the CSV files of the folder "SBEAM" onto the computer.
4. Remove the Sunny Beam using the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the task bar of the
computer.
5. Unplug the USB connection cable from the computer and the Sunny Beam.
Inverters with SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back
For inverters with integrated SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back, it can take as long as until noon the
next day, before the Sunny Beam can save the CSV files.
