following information in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
• Inverter type
• Inverter serial number
• Type and number of PV modules connected
• Type of grounding (positive or negative)
• Event number or display message of the inverter
• Optional equipment (e.g. communication devices)
• Type of multi-function relay connected, if applicable
