Requirements for the installation space
•
Contact protection for the device and connection leads must be
ensured
•
Installation in the immediate vicinity of the feed-in meter
•
Observe the required dimensions
•
The installation space must be dry and well ventilated, and must
also permit unhindered air circulation
•
Ensure sufficient heat dissipation, where necessary via forced ven-
tilation
•
For simple operation, ensure that the device is installed so that the
display is positioned slightly below eye level
•
The installation site should be easily accessible
•
Top hat rail in control cabinet or meter cabinet, optional wall
mounting
NOTE
Access by maintenance personnel for service
Any additional costs arising from unfavourable struc-
tural or mounting conditions shall be billed to the
customer.
5.1 Mounting the device on a top hat rail
↻ Mount the device in the immediate vicinity of the feed-in
meter.
1. Place the device with the upper fastening on a suitable top
hat rail (I).
2. Press the device downwards against the top hat rail (II).
3. Lock the device into position in the top hat rail (III).
