11.3 Troubleshooting
Fault Cause Rectification
The display is blank and the LEDs are not lighting up.
↻ Grid voltage not available.
�
Check whether the AC voltages are within the permitted
limits (see Technical Data).
� Have the cables and fuses checked by a qualified electri-
cian.
� If necessary, notify KACO service.
The device has shut off the PV system from the grid.
↻ The green "Relay connected" LED is off.
↻ The red "Fault" LED is illuminated.
1. Check the status and fault signals.
2. Determine the fault category:
�
Grid errors: wait for re-connection of the system.
Where necessary have the cables and fuses checked by an
electrician.
� Internal fault: Notify KACO Service.
No access to settings on menu level 3.
↻ The device is password protected.
�
Enter the password.
� If unknown: Notify KACO Service.
