Camera Settings
Camera settings are displayed on the LCD screen.
Note:
You can turn off display of the settings or select the amount
of information shown. See your Reference Guide for
instructions.

Outdoor
mode If you have trouble seeing the LCD screen in
bright sunlight, you can turn on outdoor mode to
make viewing easier. Move the joystick to
/u to
turn outdoor mode on and off.
Focus frame Place your subject within the focus frame.
Battery life Full, Half, Empty
Zoom bar The zoom bar appears when you press the W
or T button. The digital zoom indicator appears
only when digital zoom is enabled.
