Exercise 13

Chest stretches

Stretching chest muscles

Lay with your stomach flat on the floor . The arms are lying stretched out to

side with bent elbows . Arms must be in a straight line to the shoulders so that

they form an L-shape . Turn the head to the right . Now place the right leg over

the left, so that the body turns . You should feel the stretch on the left of your

chest and your shoulders . Hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds and then

change sides .

Exercise 12

Regeneration: Swimming rotation

Go into a shoulder wide stance . Stretch one arm to the front while turning the

upper torso in the opposite direction . Push the arm to the side in a swimming

movement and the lead the other arm to the front while turning into the op-

posite direction . Continue to do so speedily for about 20 seconds .
