Troubleshooting
The following advice should help you to solve problems. If this
does not work, please contact the service centre of the com-
pany Tepro (see chapter “Distributor”).
Problem Cause Solution
Smell of gas. A gas connec-
tion has a leak. Immediately close the gas
canister. Check the gas supply
(see chapter “Checking for gas
leaks”). If necessary, contact
the gas dealer or the service
centre of the company Tepro.
Burner doesn’t
light. Gas canister is
empty. Replace the gas canister with
a full one.
The gas can-
ister valve is
closed. Open the gas canister valve.
The burner doesn’t
develop any power. Burner is dirty. Clean the burner (see the
section “Maintenance and
cleaning”).
Large inflammation
and burning on the
heat tent. Heat tent heav-
ily laden with
dirt. Let the heat tent cool off com-
pletely, then clean it.
Food for grill-
ing very fatty
or marinated. Use aluminium grilling trays.
Temperature too
low. Grill not pre-
heated. Preheat the grill for 5–10
minutes.
Strong
draught. Set the grill up in the calmest
possible area.
Disposal
The packaging is made of energy-efficient materials
that you can dispose of at local recycling depots. Do not
in any case dispose of the grill in your normal household
garbage!
Dispose of the grill using an authorised disposal service
or a waste disposal facility in your community. Observe
the regulations currently in effect. If in doubt, contact the
disposal facility in your area.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries
Please do not dispose of batteries in your house-
hold garbage. Every consumer is required by law
to dispose of batteries at a collection point in his/
her community/district or at a retail outlet. This way, they
can be disposed of in an environmentally-friendly manner.
The chemical symbols Cd for cadmium, Hg for mercury and Pb
for lead are present on batteries containing toxic substances.
Batteries are marked with the symbol shown above.
Note on the declaration of conformity
This product complies with valid European and national guide-
lines. This is confirmed by the CE mark (corresponding explana-
tions can be obtained from the manufacturer).
Warranty
You have purchased a high-quality grill. In its warranty conditions,
TEPRO GARTEN GmbH offers a 36 (thirty six) month warranty
on all parts covering defects and processing defects from the date
of purchase for normal, leisure use of a non-commercial nature.
The warranty does not cover any wearable parts such as grates
and burners. All other costs such as labour, transport, freight
and packaging will be carried by the buyer in the event of a war-
ranty claim.
The distributor reserves the right to choose between assuming
any incurred costs itself or charging the buyer for them.
This warranty does not cover failure or user difficulties brought
about by wilful damage, abuse, modification, improper or care-
less use, wear, incorrect assembly or improper maintenance.

Please consult the service in case of technical questions. This
product has been carefully manufactured and packaged. Should
there nevertheless be a reason for complaint, our staff members
will be happy to give you further assistance.
