ble must be at least 2.5 mm

. Always

unreel a cable drum to its full length so

that the entire cable can be checked

for damage.

• Use the envisaged cable suspension

when attaching an extension cable.

• Never pull the cable to disconnect the

plug from the socket. Protect the cable

from heat, oil and sharp edges.

• If the connecting cable is damaged,

first disconnect the extension cable

from the socket. You can then discon-

nect the connecting cable of the equip-

ment.

• If the power cable for this equipment is

damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, a customer service agent

of the same or a similarly qualified per-

son in order to prevent hazards.

Prior to any work on the implement

always disconnect the plug from the

power socket!

Assembling the handle bar

1. Insert the lower bar (8) into the

implement case (10) and screw

it on with the two Philips screws

(28).

2. Screw both central bars (15)

with the screws and the wing

nuts (4b) to the lower bar (7).

3. Hang the cable strain relief

(19a) on the upper handle bar

(4).

Attach the clip ring to the tension

adjuster bracket (19b) beneath

the cable tension adjuster (19a)

on the upper handle (4).

4. Screw the upper bar (3) with the

screws and the wing nuts (4a) to

both central bars (15).

5. Fasten the machine cable (19)

with the machine cable terminals

(12/16) to the bar.

Mounting and emptying the

collection bag

WARNING: Never operate

the implement without the

impact protector. Danger of

Assembling the collection bag:

The collection bag is delivered in a folded

state and must therefore be assembled be-

fore it is mounted on the implement.

1. Assemble the collection bag rods

(22).

2. Pull the collection bag over the

rods.

3. Put the plastic straps of the col-

lection bag over the collection

bag rods and clip into the plastic

straps.

4. Lift the impact protector (9).

5. Push the pins (23) on the collec-

tion bag rods into the socket in

the implement case (10).

6. Release the impact protector so

that it holds the collection bag

(6) in its position.

Removing and emptying

the collection bag:

7. Lift the impact protector (9) and

take out the collection bag (6).
