1. Clean, wash, and drain.

2. Fry for 6 minutes at 315°F (157°C).

3-37. POTATOES

1. Use U.S. No. 1 grade Idaho potatoes, unpeeled.

Wash and cut into 8 wedges. Drain and bread.

2. Fry for 8 minutes at 315°F (157°C). If smaller potatoes are

used, time may be reduced.

3-38. CORN ON THE COB

1. Clean, wash, and drain.

2. Fry for 4 minutes at 315°F (157°C).

3-39. CAULIFLOWER

1. Clean, wash, and drain.

2. Cut into 1 inch (25.4 mm) pieces.

3. Bread.

4. Fry for 2 minutes at 315°F (157°C).
