SPEED
Indicates how fast your walking or running surface is moving.

ELEVATION
Indicates the incline of your walking or running surface.

DISTANCE
Indicates the miles traveled during your workout.

PULSE/LAPS
Indicates the number of times you have traveled around the lap profile win-
dow. One lap equals total workout time. Note: Pulse will be displayed if the
heart rate handlebars are being used. The pulse reading is measured in
beats per minute.

CALORIES
Indicates the total number of calories burned during your workout.

TIME
Indicates how long you’ve been working out.
