Return handle and drain-valve handle

With fryer off, open drain valve.
When frypot empties into filter pan, turn
return handle to ON. Filter pump will
activate.
Turn the computer back ON and use right
arrow key
to step through selection,
stopping on FILTER. Press right 1 button to
initiate five-minute timer for filtering.
