Hydraulic System

Major Service

a major service consists of performing a “Minor
service,” plus draining the fluid, cleaning the tank
and screen, and filling the tank with new fluid.

The hydraulic fluid is hot and under high

pressure when the hydraulic pump motor is

running. Always stop the resaw, make sure

the pressure gauge reads 0 pSI, and make

sure the fluid is cool before servicing.
