17 Double-click remove or remove.exe to run the Remove utility from the SURFboard VoIP Cable Modem
CD-ROM. The SURFboard Cable Modem USB Driver Removal window is displayed. Be sure the USB cable
is disconnected.
18 Click Remove Driver.
After you remove the USB driver, re-install the USB driver following “Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows 2000”
on page 15. If you continue to have problems, contact your cable service provider.
