Edit

Use this option to edit the selected phonebook entry stored on
your phone or the SIM card.

When you select this option, the Entry Details appear.

1 Scroll to the Entry Detail you want to edit and press

+

Change

).

Note: The Entry Detail

Memory

is not available for editing.

You can change the memory location of a phonebook entry
by selecting the options

Copy Entry

and

Copy Entries

.

2 Edit the required detail, then press the right soft key

+

(

OK

).

Edit the entry by following the procedures described in
“New” on page

67.

3 After you enter or change all the required Entry Details,

press

-

(

Done

) to store the changed entry to the

phonebook.

Find by Name

This option is used to find a telephone number from a list of
alphabetically sorted phonebook entries. You can begin the
search by entering one or more characters from the name you
are looking for. If one or more matches are found, they are
displayed in alphabetical order.

Delete

This option is used to delete a phonebook entry stored on your
phone or the SIM card.
