Voice dialling tips
A noisy environment may interfere with recognition.
For zero, you can say “oh” or “zero”. You can also dictate
the special characters: + (“plus”), # (“hash”) and
* (“star”).
When you pause when dictating, your XELIBRI writes a
space between groups of numbers, making it simple to
correct a number.
If you get unexpected results from voice dialling, you
can
• try alternative commands from the list (right), or
• train your XELIBRI to improve recognition. See
Personalising voice dialling on p 20.
Voice commands
The full list of voice commands is as follows:
“Number” Start dialling a number
0 Say “zero” or “oh”
1-9 Say “one, “two”, “three”, etc.
# Say “hash”
+ Say “plus”
* Say “star”
“Clear” Correct a number by deleting the last group
of digits (p 8)
“Dial”, “Dial
number” Dial a number (p 8)
“Save”,
“Save entry” Save a dialled number in your Phonebook
