AIREND EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Ingersoll–Rand offers an airend exchange
program to benefit portable compressor users.

On the airend exchange program the exchange
price is determined by the age and condition of the
airend.

Your nearest sales office, autonomous company
or authorized distributor must first contact the
Parts Service Department at the factory at which
your portable air compressor was manufactured
for an airend exchange number. The airend must
be tagged with this preassigned number and
returned to the factory prepaid. The airend must
be intact, with no excluded parts, otherwise the
exchange agreement may be cancelled. The
warranty on an exchange or factory rebuilt airend
is 365 days.
Airends being returned to the factory in
connection with a WARRANTY CLAIM must be
processed through the Customer Service
Department. If returned without a Warranty MRR
(Material Return Request) Number, no warranty
claim will be considered.
