• When successfully joined, the power indicator

LED on your other Rocketboost device will
stop blinking and stay on.

• If joining fails after 30 seconds, the display on

your surround sound receiver shows
“Timeout.” If this occurs, repeat the above
steps.

Listening to music from other Rocketboost products

To listen to music:

1 Press the Power button on your surround sound

receiver to turn it on.

2 Press SETUP. The Setup Menu opens.

Listen to Wireless

Audio, then press ENTER. The Listen to Audio
menu opens.

to highlight the Rocketboost

device you want to listen to, then press ENTER

Rocketboost Network Capabilities

The maximum number of Rocketboost devices in a
Rocketboost Network is nine. If you already have
nine and attempt to join an additional device,
joining will fail for the new device.

The maximum number of audio streams that can be
sent simultaneously on the Rocketboost network is
five (stereo CD quality).

Installing batteries in the remote control

To install the batteries:

1 Remove the cover.

2 Insert two AA batteries into the compartment

matching the polarity indicated.

3 Replace the cover.

Using the remote control

Use the remote control by pointing it towards the
receiver’s remote sensor window. Objects between
the remote control and sensor window may
prevent proper operation.

Note

If you want to remove a device from your
Rocketboost network you need to rejoin it to a
different hub device (this basically creates a 2nd
Rocketboost network).

Cautions

If the remote control doesn’t work reliably, try
replacing the batteries.

Don’t mix new and old batteries or different
types of batteries.

If you intend not to use the remote control for a
long time, remove the batteries to prevent
damage from leakage or corrosion.

Remove expired batteries as soon as possible to
prevent damage from leakage or corrosion.
