3.9 Searching for Contacts
On the Contacts screen, do any of the following to easily search for contacts:

Flick your finger up or down the screen to scroll the contacts list.
•
Tap
> Search. In the search box, type the first
few letters of the contact to search or enter an
alphabetical index to view contact names that start
with the letter. For example, to view names that
start with “a”, tap “a” and the list of contacts will be
displayed.
3.10 Synchronizing Contacts
You can synchronize contacts from other applications, such as Exchange server and
Google, with the contacts on the device.
Enable Sync
1. Tap
> Contacts.
2. Tap
> Accounts.
3. Select the following options:
• Background data: To allow application to
sync, send, and receive data any time.
• Auto-sync: To allow applications to sync data
automatically.
Add Accounts to Sync
1. Tap
> Contacts.
2. Tap
>
Accounts.
3. Tap Add account.
4. Tap desired application.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete sync.
