9.3 Calendar
The Calendar lets you schedule and sound alarms for appointments, meetings and
other events. Scheduled appointments for the day can be displayed on the Home
screen.
Schedule an event
1. Tap
> Calendar.
2. Tap > More > New event.
3. Enter the event name.
4. Tap the From and To date and time boxes. Tap the
+ and - buttons, then tap Set to set the date and
time.
NOTE: For an all-day event, check All day.
5. Enter the event location and other details.
6. To set repetition, select the repetition from the list.
7. To set a reminder, select the reminder time from the
list.
8. When finished, tap Done to return to the calendar.
TIP: From the Calendar screen, tap a day or a time
slot then tap New event to set a new
appointment on the tapped date or time.
