Cellular Data Network
Check the availability of service and plan rates of data
connections with your network service provider and
obtain the following information:
•
Access Point Names
• Proxy
• Port
• User name
• Password
Enable data connection
1. Tap > Settings > Dual Sim Settings.
2. To enable data connection, do not check the
Disable data connection check box.
Set up data connection
1. Tap > Settings > Dual Sim Settings.
2. Enable data connection.
3. Tap Default data network, then select the network
that you want to use for data connection.
4. Tap SIM1 Access Point Names or SIM2 Access
Point Names to set up connection.
5. Tap > New APN.
6. Tap Name to enter a name for the connection, then
tap OK.
7. Enter the APN, then tap OK.
8. Enter the Proxy, Port, Username, and Password
(if available) etc., then tap OK.
9. Tap > Save to save your settings.
Starting a Data Connection
Data connection is automatically activated when the device is turned on. If you have
multiple data connections, select the connection that you want to use manually.
Manually start a data connection
1. Tap > Settings > Dual Sim Settings.
2. Tap SIM1 Access Point Names or SIM2 Access Point Names.
3. A list of connections will be displayed. Tap the connection that you want to use.
