Controlling TVs with the Remote Control
1. Press and hold the TV POWER button.
2. Enter a 2-digit code by using the number buttons on
the remote control.
See “Controllable TV Codes”
If the code works, your TV set will be turned on or off.
If it does not respond, try other codes.
Controllable TV Codes.
Then you can control the television using the following
buttons after the TV button.
Button Function
TV POWER Used to switch the television on and off.
INPUT Used to select an external source.
TV VOL (+ -) Used to adjust the volume of the television.
CH ( ) Used to select the desired channel.
TV MUTE Used to toggle the sound on and off.
Number buttons Used to input number directly.
■ The functions listed above will not
necessarily work on all televisions. If you
encounter problems, operate the television
directly.
NOTE
■ If several codes are indicated for your
television brand, try each one in turn until
you find one that works.
■ If you replace the remote control's
batteries, you must set the brand code
again.
