Replacing the projector lamp
This section provides detailed instructions for replacing the projector lamp.
Removing and replacing the projector lamp module
If the lamp fails, or if a replacement message appears on the SMART V25 projector screen, have a
qualified person replace the projector lamp module.

before attempting this procedure.

Disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet before performing the following procedure.

Two people are required to remove the projector from the boom and then replace it after
replacing the projector lamp module.

N O T E
Make sure that you have a replacement projector lamp ready before accessing the service panel.
You need a Phillips No. 2 screwdriver and an M3 hex wrench to perform the following procedure.
g To remove the projector from the boom
1. Press the Power button twice on the remote control to put the system into Standby mode.
2. Wait at least 30 minutes for the projector to cool down completely, and then disconnect the
power cable from the power outlet.
3. Disconnect all cables from the projector.
