. Set BIT8 to OFF (bit rate automatic setting mode) during

normal operation.

. Manual setting of the bit rate is set to all of the 34

channels at once. It cannot be set individually for each
channel.

Used to set slope of the output signal in units of 8 output
channels or 9 output channels when handling the signals
other than the SMPTE specification bit rate (143 Mbps,
177 Mbps, 270 Mbps, 360 Mbps, 540 Mbps, 1483.5 Mbps
and 1485 Mbps) and the signals other than the DVB-ASI
signal (270 Mbps).

. In the case of the SMPTE specification bit rate signal

and the DVB-ASI signal (270 Mbps), slope of output
signal is automatically set so that setting of this becomes
invalid.

. This switch setting is valid only when the output board is

HKS-5860M.
If the output board is HKS-5860SD, slope of output

slope and this switch setting becomes invalid.
