To Clean Carbon Filter (Optional Recirculating Kit)
1) Turn oil container counter-clockwise. Shown in Figure 18.
2) Use a Philips screwdriver to take out the screws (2 pcs). Shown in Figure 19.

3) Remove the carbon filter from the two stainless steel filters.
Shown in Figure 20.
4) Place carbon filter into warm water with neutral detergent
and clean thoroughly. Dry and replace.
5) Re-install the carbon filter and the stainless steel filters.
To Replace Light Bulb
CAUTION: HALOGEN LIGHT UNIT MAY BE HOT! WAIT UNTIL UNIT IS COOL.
1) Make sure all control switches are off, and range hood is unplugged.
2) Use a flat head screwdriver to pop out protective covering as shown in Figure 21.
3) Gently pull out the defective light bulb and discard. Light bulbs should be 12V 20W
maximum. Refer to Figure 22. Push bulb securely into light socket.
4) Replace protective cover.
5) Plug in range hood.
