Cancelling Station Messages
You can erase station messages left on other stations or delete the messages left on the
your station.
1.
To erase station messages you left on other
stations, dial [4][2] and dial the station
number of the other station.

[4][2] is the function code for Cancelling
Messages.

Dial [4][2] and enter the your station number
to delete all station messages left on
your station.

in the next page to selectively erase numbers
left on your station.
