Loom Routing Between Headlights
Z44 & Z52 Models
Refer to Figure 14:
1.
On the mower’s right side, pull headlight and hour
meter looms back along the side panel and down.
Loosely secure looms to other looms or rubber
hoses nearby with plastic ties. Do not draw plastic
ties up tight.

Refer to Figure 15:
2.
Pull headlight loom down under cross frame and
forward. Loosely secure loom along front edge of
cross frame with plastic ties. Do not draw plastic
ties up tight.
3. Make final adjustments to plastic loom and then draw
all plastic ties up tight.

Refer to Figure 16:
1.
Run hour meter loom and headlight loom down along
right side expansion tank to just under the cross
frame.
2. Run headlight loom under cross frame to the left
side. Loosely secure loom along front edge of cross
frame with plastic ties. Do not draw plastic ties up
tight.

Refer to Figure 17:
3.
Run headlight loom across left expansion tank and
loop excess under gusset plate. Loosely secure loom
along front edge of cross frame and at hole in gusset
plate with plastic ties. Do not draw plastic ties up
tight.
4. Make final adjustments to loom and then draw all
plastic ties up tight.
