Disassembling the LX100 in any way will void the warranty.

The LX100 is designed for interior use only.

The LX100 is not recommended for building exit doors.

The LX100 is not reversible from Right to Left hand or vice-versa.

Make sure you have the correct model for your door.

There are 2 backup keys included for emergency purposes. Lathem

does not manufacture or stock extra keys. Store them appropriately.

Make sure your door is between 1 3/8” – 2” thick.

Lock requires 4 AA (1.5 volt) alkaline batteries not included.
