Description

Solution

The clock displays “INVALID
TRANSFER”

Instruct your employee how to transfer:
enter ‘3’ at the clock keypad, insert his
badge, then key the transfer ID number

Or

Ensure your employee entered a valid
ID number

My clock is not reading badges

Your badge reader is probably dirty.
Wrap a tissue around a badge and
insert it several times in the clock. You
can also purchase a badge reader
cleaner

Or

Your employee did not insert the badge
properly. Insert the badge with the print
side up and the arrows entering the
clock first. Insert and remove the badge
using a smooth and continuous motion
