Timer Controlled Communications

You can send a document to one or multiple stations at any preset time within the next 24 hours. Up to 70
built-in timers can be set for deferred transmission and deferred polling.

NOTE

1. If you enter a wrong number in Step 4, press

then re-enter the right number.

2. To change or cancel the Deferred Communication settings, see page 162 and 164.
3. When you reserve a deferred transmission without storing a document into memory, the

following message will be shown on the display after pressing

in the last step.
