To add documents into the file, follow the steps bellow.
NOTE 1. Your machine cannot add the document into a file while it is being sent or waiting to redial.
Adding Documents into a File

Set document(s) face down.

ENTER NO. OR

Enter the file number or use or to select the file
that you want to add.
Ex:

FILE NO.=001

Your machine will start storing the document(s) into a file.
