Troubleshooting
Check that the drive is not running.
BThe Disc Cover will not open by pressing the
Open Button during a write operation. Wait until
writing is complete.
BWhen using B’s CLiP5, right-click the indicator
in Task Tray and select [Eject]. If the Disc Cover
will not open by selecting [Eject], use
Lock Release Lever.

This is normal. If they are excessively hot,
disconnect the AC cord, then contact

Check that the disc (media) and writing formats are
correct.
BThis drive does not support packet writing to
CD-Rs (with B’s CLiP 5).
Use packet writing for CD-RWs.
BFor Windows XP, disable Windows XP standard
writing function.

software.
