Control Panel Window Controls:
In the upper right corner of the Control Panel Window, you will notice several controls:
Always on Top: This engages a mode in which the Control Panel window will no
longer get pushed behind another application’s window when you click outside of the
Control Panel window.
Win Shade: This engages the Win Shade View (see section 3.2).
Minimize and Close: These buttons will function in the same way they do for
w on your computer. The close button will not exit the Control Panel, it
