Turn off Best Shot Selector

The Best Shot Selector is used to help minimize blurred images resulting
from camera movement. This option should be turned off for iPIX photog-
raphy.

For more information about Best Shot Selector, refer to page 141 in the
Nikon CoolPix 885 manual.

1.

Press the Menu button once to display the menu.

2.

Press the down arrow button three times to highlight the Best Shot
Selector (BSS) option.

3.

Press the right arrow button to select it.

4.

Press the right arrow button again to turn BSS off.

Set the Auto Contrast

The Auto Contrast setting should be set to Normal mode for optimal iPIX
Photography with the Nikon Coolpix 885 digital camera.

1.

Press the Menu button to display the menu.

2.

Using the arrow buttons, highlight Image Adjustment, the third option
from the bottom.

3.

Press the right arrow to display the Image Adjustment options.

4.

Select the Normal option.

5.

Press the right arrow button to select it.

Your camera is now ready for iPIX Photography.
