Troubleshooting

The image is not shown
cleanly in the television

Even if you make all of the recommended settings, there may be cases in
which the image is not shown cleanly in your television. (For example, the
display may not match the screen size, or may be skewed from the
center.)

Lyric display is wrong

For some types of music files, the lyrics may sometimes be displayed
incorrectly.

In the notation screen, the lyrics or notes may sometimes be incorrectly
shown outside the screen display region.

Notation display is wrong

If you’ve selected a channel that does not contain performance data,
notes will not be shown in the notation. In the notation display settings,
change the displayed channel (melody channel).

p. 173

The displayed notation is not suitable for sophisticated or complex
songs. Also, grace notes and notes shorter than a 16 note cannot be
shown.

p. 94

In some cases, lyrics and notes may sometimes be shown outside the
display area of the notation screen, and will not appear correctly.

low (or inaudible)

Is the microphone connected correctly?

p. 101

Could the [MIC 1]/[MIC 2] knobs be set to the minimum volume?
The microphone 1 volume is adjusted with the [MIC 1] knob, and the
microphone 2 volume is adjusted with the [MIC 2] knob.

p. 102

Could the [ECHO] button be lit?
If the [ECHO] button is lit, echo (reverberation) will be added to your voice
in the microphone.

p. 108

Could the [EFFECTS] button be lit?
If the [EFFECTS] button is lit, an effect will be applied to your voice in the
microphone.

p. 104

Could the [INPUT] button be lit?
If the [INPUT] button is lit, the MIC 1/GTR jack will be a guitar input.

p. 101

microphone changes

including the microphone volume.
To change the microphone volume, use the [VOLUME] knob to set the
