If you have trouble in de-registration, take your base
and handset (including extra handset(s) if you have)
to your local RadioShack or call 1-800-The Shack
(843-7422) for assistance.
Also, when you request repair or service, please be
sure to bring in the entire system (including extra
handset if used) so we can keep your registration
data intact.
