❒ Depending on the paper size and
time when you cancel the trans-
mission, you cannot cancel trans-
mission of an Internet Fax.

Press [Change / Stop TX File].
The list of stored files being trans-
mitted or waiting for transmission
appears.
BBBB
Select the file you want to cancel.
Note
❒ If the desired file is not shown,
press [
U U U U Prev.] or [T T T T Next] to find
it.
❒ There are cases when a destina-
tion may not be selected as the
destination appears as “*”, de-
pending on the security set-
tings.
CCCC
Press [Stop Transmission].
Note
❒ To cancel a transmission of an-
other file(s), repeat the steps B
and C .
❒ To cancel [Stop Transmission], press
[Save] .
DDDD
Press [Exit].
The standby display appears.
