NOTE

Do not set temperature limits too close to normal
room temperature. Minor temperature fluctua-
tions could result in frequent and unnecessary
alarm dialouts.

5.4.2 Disabling Alarm Response to High or

Low Temperature

To disable alarm response to either high or low temperature
settings exclusively, enter the maximum temperature limit when
programming the selected input. (The OMA-P1104 will not
respond to temperatures encountered at maximum settings or
beyond.) Begin by following the key sequence shown in
Section 5.4.1, and when prompted to enter the high or low
temperature value:

• Set high temperature to either +150

o

F or +65

o

C (high

temperature limit) to prevent the OMA-P1104 from
responding to a high temperature alarm.

• Set low temperature to either -20

o

F or -30

o

C to prevent
