FEATURES
Use the Voicemail Key (envelope ICON) to navigate up and down the menu tree. Use the Redial
Key to cancel an entry. When finished with parameter changes, press the Voicemail Key to pro-
gram the changes to the phone. Alternatively, lifting the handset from the cradle and replacing it
will also program the changes to the phone. The LCD window will show the word ‘PROGRAM-
MING’, when successful. Changes to the SX4P settings are activated upon returning to the idle
screen
Call Logs
Received Calls
The SX4P saves the last 10 received calls.
1. From the idle screen, press the UP arrow key. Received Calls
will display.
2. Use the DOWN arrow key to scroll through the last 10
received calls.
Missed Calls
The SX4P saves the last 10 missed calls.
1. From the idle screen, press the UP arrow key. Received Calls
will display.
2. Press the UP arrow key again. Missed Call 1 will display.
3. Use the UP arrow key to scroll through the last 10 missed calls.
Dialed Calls
The SX4P saves the last 10 dialed calls.
1. From the idle screen, press the DOWN arrow key. Dialed Calls
will display.
2. Use the DOWN arrow key to scroll through the last 10 dialed
calls.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Create Message
1. Press the FLASH key.
2. Select SMS Menu, then select Create Message.
3. Type the desired message. Use the * key to change to upper
case, lower case, or numbers.
4. Press the FLASH key.
5. Select Send Message.
6. Enter the phone number to which the message will be sent.
7. Press the FLASH key.
Read Messages
1. Press the FLASH key.
2. Select SMS Menu, then select Read Messages.
3. Select the desired type of message to view (New, Received,
Sent, or Unsent).
4. Scroll down through the messages using the down arrow key.
If you have more than one message, continue to scroll down
to display more messages. You can also scroll up with the UP arrow key.
