Notebook Connection

Visually inspect the notebook and verify that the
notebook is docked properly (refer to Chapter 2,
Dockmate Installation).

Visually inspect the connectors on the notebook to
ensure there is no physical damage to the connector
areas of the notebook.

Ensure that you are using the correct AC adapter (TI
Part No. 9786094-0003).

Try disconnecting the notebook and running notebook
diagnostics to isolate the problem to either the
notebook or the DockMate.

for a
description of the error code messages.

Try cycling power on the notebook.
