Follow the base installation on pages
15 to 19.
This carrier must always
be used with the base.
4- Thread the locking clip on the belt as
close to the latch plate as possible–
It must be within 1 inch.
. A Free Sliding Latch Plate will require
the use of a locking clip if the Lock
Off feature is not used.
The First Years requires the use
of the Lock Off at all times.
