Set Start and Stop Time and set the Start Date &

Stop Date for the first day by toggling each button

• Select

• Select your Second day tab at top of screen
• Select the + key and repeat Holiday programming steps
• Select your Third day tab at top of screen
• Select the + key and repeat Holiday programming steps
• Confirm or change any Cook Method, Temperature, Run Time, or

Add/Subtract a cooking step by pressing + or - key

• Select

Start

• The

Off button will remain on the status screen and, if ever needed,

must be held down for two (2) seconds or touched twice quickly

Once the oven is set in Holiday:
• Other screens and options will no longer be accessible
• Oven lights and audible tones are disabled
• Functions/Modes that are disabled will appear in grey rather than the

usual black letters

• Opening an oven door will not activate the heating elements
• The refrigeration defrost system is timed
• The normal 12 hour heating elements cut-off is disabled

SELF CLEAN

Green Clean

NEVER use any alkaline cleaners such as “Easy Off” in the oven or it will damage porcelain and void warranty.
ALWAYS remove stainless steel oven racks, all non-porcelain contents, and wipe out excess spills with a mild
detergent such as “Dawn” before Self Cleaning. The Self Clean feature is not available in Cook Later.

From the Main Screen
• Select

My Oven drop down

• Select

Self Clean

• Select

Top Oven or Bottom Oven, select Next

Note: Both ovens cannot be cleaned simultaneously. While self
cleaning one oven, the other will be idle and unavailable for use until
self cleaning cycle has completed.
