Press the appropriate LINE LINE LINE LINE LINE key, or HANDSFREE HANDSFREE HANDSFREE HANDSFREE HANDSFREE to use the Handset
Speakerphone option.
If the Handset is active on one line when the idle line rings, you will hear
a special alert tone, signifying an inbound call. This alert is designed to
minimize disruption of the call in progress. You can then:

Press OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF twice to end the first call, then press the appropriate LINE LINE LINE LINE LINE
key (or HANDSFREE HANDSFREE HANDSFREE HANDSFREE HANDSFREE to use the Handset Speakerphone option) to answer
the new call;

Press the appropriate LINE LINE LINE LINE LINE key to answer the new call. The original
call will automatically be placed on HOLD. You can end the 'new' call
by pressing OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF, then return to the original call by pressing the
appropriate LINE LINE LINE LINE LINE key.

further on in this User’s Manual.

If a line is ringing, pressing SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE (or HEADSET HEADSET HEADSET HEADSET HEADSET if you are using
a Headset connected to the Base) will answer the inbound call.
Press SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE SPEAKERPHONE (or HEADSET HEADSET HEADSET HEADSET HEADSET ) to end your call.

Press RDL RDL RDL RDL RDL. Scroll to the desired phone number, press SELECT, SELECT, SELECT, SELECT, SELECT, then
press ERASE ERASE ERASE ERASE ERASE.

Press RDL RDL RDL RDL RDL. Scroll to the desired phone number, press SELECT, SELECT, SELECT, SELECT, SELECT, then
press SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE.
You'll then be prompted to ENTER NAME ENTER NAME ENTER NAME ENTER NAME ENTER NAME. Use the keypad to enter the
letters of the name. If you make a mistake, press CLR CLR CLR CLR CLR to backspace. To
insert a space, press . When finished, press SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE.

Base Unit redial memory.
