7. ACCESSING THE DUAL CONNECT NAT ROUTER
This section explains the network logon for your Westell Dual Connect NAT Router. This procedure should be used
any time you need to access or make changes in your Router or Firewall settings.
STOP! To access the Router, your PC must be configured for DHCP. Refer to your Windows help screen for
information on configuring your computer for DHCP. Click on Start, then Help to access the Windows help screen.
After connecting the Router’s hardware, bring up your Web browser and type the following IP address in the
browser’s address window:
http://192.168.1.1
After you type the IP address, press Enter on your keyboard. The following screen will be displayed.
Type the default user name (which is
admin
) and the default password (which is
password
) in the fields
provided. Click on OK.
