3. Appliance

description

The appliance is an electric direct heater for installation on a wall.
It is suitable as e.g. a full heating system in bathrooms, or for use
between seasons and use as a booster heater in smaller rooms,
such as hobby and guest rooms.

For heating, the room air is drawn in by the appliance fan via
apertures in the back panel, heated by the heating element, and
blown out evenly, without sensation of a draught, via the air outlet
grille at the bottom of the appliance.

3.2 Special

accessories

If required, the appliance can be operated with a commercially
available external room thermostat. For this, turn the temperature
rotary selector clockwise as far as it will go. Fit the room thermostat
as far from the appliance as possible, at least 1.5 m above the
ground.

(See also chapter "Specification".)

4. Operation

The required room temperature can be infinitely adjusted at the
temperature rotary selector. The set temperature of the room air
is then constantly maintained by repeated, brief heating via the
thermostat in the appliance.

If you want to use the appliance as a frost stat, turn the temperature
rotary selector anti-clockwise as far as it will go. In this position,
the thermostat switches on the heating automatically if the room
temperature drops to approx. 6 °C.
