8.4 Exchanging the electronics module

I

n case of a defect, the electronics module can be exchanged by the

user against an identical type. If no electronics module is available on
side, the module can be ordered for the VEGA agency serving you.

O

rdering and exchange are possible with or without sensor serial

number. The electronics module with serial number includes order-
specific
data such as factory setting, seal material etc. These are not

included in the electronics module without serial number.

he serial number is stated on the type label of VEGABAR 65 or on the

delivery note.

8.5 Software update

t "www.vega.com/downloads" go to "Software". Select under "plics

instruments and sensors" the suitable instrument series. Load the zip

le via the right mouse key with "Save target as" e.g. on the desktop of

your PC. Extract all files available in the zip file, e.g. to the desktop.
