To avoid all risks of accident, please take the following
precautions:
• Never leave any water at the bottom of the frying
bowl.
• Remove all excess ice from frozen foods.
• Before frying, drain all food thoroughly and pat dry
with a cloth or kitchen paper.
• Between each batch, drain the filter lid and wipe it dry
in order to remove any condensation. Never put the
lid back on the fryer while cooling.
