5.1 SCAN METHOD
Select how you want to scan on the Scan
Method drop-down menu.
Flatbed— use this setting if you are using the flatbed to
scan one page at a time.
The following options available for the ADF
document cover:
Simplex/One -page— use this setting if you are using
the automatic document feeder (ADF) to scan a single-
page document at a time.
Simplex /Multi -page— use this setting if you are using
the automatic document feeder (ADF) to scan batches of
single-page document at a time.
