1. Check if the printer cable has been correctly
connected.
2. Check if the printer is turned on.
3. Restart the @V2100 and your printer.
4. If the message still appears, contact your
dealer.

Ping the @V2100 from another PC. If the
@V2100 has no response, then perform
the following steps.
1. Check if the RJ-45 connector is firmly
plugged-in.
2. Check the Ethernet cable.
3. Check the @V2100 IP address.
4. Check the destination IP address.
5. Check Subnet Mask.
6. Check Gateway IP.
