TROUBLE SHOOTING
ALARM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE CAUSES CHECKS & REPAIR
Low Pressure Circ. #1 or
#2 Low in Gas due to leak
Liquid line sol. Valve not
energizing.
Inadequate return water.
Ambient Temperature
*Check for leak & Repair
*Verify valve is good by
applying 24 vac directly.
*Check and clean
strainer.
*If ambient temp below
20
°F additional gas is
needed.
High Pressure Circ. #1 or
#2 Bad Fan Motors
Restricted flow through
condenser.
Failure VFD
Over Charging
Bad Compressor *Manually turn on fan
and check current.
*Condenser clogged due
to surrounding debris, use
water spray.
*Check alarm status &
refer to VFD manual for
instructions.
*Make sure sufficient
charge to system.
*This only noticeable after
compressor moves 10
times, a big rattling noise
appears.
High Pressure Sensor
Failure # 1 and #2 Bad Pressure Transducers Replace the device with
same spec.
Float Water Solution low in the
reservoir *Add Solution
